For over 30 years, Protocol Office & Residential Services, Inc., formerly First Impression, has provided office support services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations in and around Hobe Sound, Florida.

Originally started as a home-based resume writing business, we now occupy an attractive storefront office on Bridge Road in downtown Hobe Sound and another at the exclusive Jupiter Island Club. The staff consists of six talented and efficient women who have each contributed to the diverse array of services now offered by the team.  The full staff of secretaries work seamlessly between both offices to make sure all jobs are done well and on time. They strive to make each client feel like they are the only client!
